Experience the ultimate holiday in the Seevilla Kormoran, a charming holiday home directly on Lake Fleesensee in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. With three bedrooms and a bathroom, this 95 square metre holiday home offers space for up to six guests (maximum 5 adults and 1 child up to 3 years in a cot) - ideal for families or small groups.
Seevilla Kormoran offers a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Start the day with a coffee on the sunny balcony and enjoy the view. The garden invites you to relax and the BBQ grill is perfect for sociable evenings. End the evening with a dip under the stars in the private outdoor hot tub, heated to 38 degrees all year round. A car park is available with space for 1-2 cars.
Inside, the holiday home offers a heat pump with climate control for hot summer days and an infrared sauna for extra relaxation after long days at the lake, golfing or cycling. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and two coffee machines to prepare your meals with ease. Entertainment is provided by a TV with streaming TV subscriptions (Netflix and Prime Video) and Wi-Fi is also available. An iron and hairdryer are available and for our youngest guests we offer a cot and high chair as well as extensive toddler accessories (potty, step, toilet seat, crockery).
The Seevilla Kormoran is a non-smoking house and long-term rentals are possible. A special highlight is the canoe and the single kayak, which you can use to explore the Fleesensee (life jackets available).
The interior of the house is cosy and stylish, with high-quality wooden furniture and modern appliances. The three bedrooms are spacious and equipped with mosquito screens. The bathroom is modern and functional with two washbasins, hairdryer and make-up mirror. The shower and bath are ideal for families.

Great house - also in winter!
Beautiful holiday home right on the Fleesensee. We were there in winter and particularly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The house really offers everything you need, was very clean and nicely furnished. Our kids especially loved the Nintendo console.
The hosts were very nice and always available for our questions.
We will definitely come back! It must be even more wonderful in summer.

We are particularly fond of the fascinating nature and its unspoilt nature. The combination of relaxation and recreation time and the possibility of numerous sports and leisure activities on water and land is simply unique in the "Land of 1000 Lakes". A few years ago, we took the next step and became hosts ourselves. Today we rent out our three holiday homes, which we have furnished and equipped with a lot of love and detail. As we are a family with young children ourselves, we have paid particular attention to making our accommodation and the surrounding area child-friendly. Our aim is to provide our guests with a great holiday with the help of our accommodation and to help them spend the best time of the year in the land of 1000 lakes.
