Description

You enter a spacious hall from which you can access various rooms.
The well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped. You have access to both a ceramic hob and an Esse wood-burning cooker. There is also an extra induction hob.
The most delicious dishes can be prepared here. The cooking and living areas can be separated by sliding doors.
From the hall you can also go to the front and back room.
In the front room, you can enjoy watching television and in the back room, music lovers will find a piano at their disposal. This room has a cupboard with games and space to work/craft.
This room also has two tables and good Wi-Fi access. Ideal if you need to work or if children need to work on school from the holiday home !
From this room you also have access to the veranda. late in the evening, you can relax there with a glass of wine!
If you walk up the stairs from the hall, you will enter a round hall with doors to four spacious bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, double washbasin with large mirror, toilet and spacious shower.
Two bedrooms are equipped with double box-spring beds, the other two with single beds.

The caretakers are present on site, their accommodation is located behind the house. Here you can ask questions
Wireless internet is available and free of charge. It can be switched off if desired.
Make no mistake when looking at the photos. On the ground floor, the ceiling is 3.5 metres high and the bedrooms are up to 5 metres high!

Around the house is a sunny garden and lots of greenery, such as a meadow, a vegetable garden, orchard and a pond. For small children, a play area on the grass can be fenced in by arrangement.
There is ample parking for cars and any trailers
Pets also roam the grounds such as cats, a small dog, chickens and two ponies.
There is plenty of space for children to romp, build huts, go-karting or play football.
The site is located on a 100-metre driveway leading to the Zuiddijk, which runs along the Krabbekreek, an offshoot of the Oosterschelde estuary.
The village has a slipway where boats can be launched.
With its picturesque villages, flowery dykes and narrow polder roads, the island of Tholen is particularly attractive for cyclists and walkers and an ideal place for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Water sports enthusiasts are also well catered for, as there are plenty of recreational opportunities for anglers, divers, surfers, sailors and pleasure sailors. Schouwend-Duiveland is just 1o minutes away by car. On this island, you will find the large beaches on the North Sea.
If you are looking for a smaller beach, you can walk 10 minutes to the nearby village beach. Larger cities such as Rotterdam, Breda or Antwerp are only 45 minutes away.
The (peninsular) island of Sint-Philipsland is therefore centrally located if you want to go in many directions.

  • Bij annulering binnen 5 dagen na het boeken heeft u recht op volledige restitutie van het boekingsbedrag. Bij annulering tot de 42ste dag voor aanvang van het verblijf bedragen de annuleringskosten 30% van de reissom. Bij annulering vanaf de 42ste dag tot de eerste verblijfsdag bedragen de annuleringskosten 60% van de reissom. Bij annulering op de eerste verblijfsdag of later of bij niet afreizen bedragen de annuleringskosten 100% van de reissom. De annulering dient schriftelijk of per email te worden ingediend
