The accommodation is located in the beautiful Residence Poiano, which is part of the Hotel Poiano in the village of Garda on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The complex is not only the ideal place for those who want to keep fit and stay active on holiday, but also for those who want to spend a deeply relaxing and restful holiday with the family. Visit the wellness centre at the Poiano Hotel and enjoy one of the many treatments. There is also a mini and baby club as well as a playground for the little ones to let off steam. A beautiful pool area with a unique panoramic view and a separate children's pool round off the offer. Guests also have access to a coin-operated washing machine and a communal tumble dryer in the residence.
The beautiful 45 square metre two-room flat Bilo Lake view offers space for a maximum of 4 people (including babies) and is located on the ground floor or first floor, depending on the allocation. The accommodation has one bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds pushed together. If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two more sleeping options. The well-equipped kitchenette comes with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a typical Italian espresso pot, a microwave, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a washbasin, a bidet, a WC, a hairdryer and a shower. Depending on the allocation, the accommodation has a furnished balcony or terrace. Both with their lake view invite you to relax and linger together, while the children can let off steam by the pool and make new friends. SAT-TV, WIFI, air conditioning and heating as well as a first set of bed linen and towels are already included in the rental price. A car park in the complex is also included. A safe is available to guests for a fee. Families with small children also have the option of renting a baby cot on site (please reserve when booking). The journey time from the Italian border is approx. 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrival and departure is possible daily. In the period from 13.07.-23.08.2024 the minimum stay is 5 nights. In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in the following day (please let us know before you arrive.) The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
There is a free shuttle bus at the resort, which will take you to Garda at set times. So nothing stands in the way of a day of swimming together at the lake. Take a refreshing dip in the wonderfully cool Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children let off steam and make new friends.
POOL
The resort has a beautiful pool complex with a large Olympic-size pool for experienced swimmers and a separate children's pool for younger guests. Enjoy the unique panoramic view over Lake Garda while you take a refreshing dip or spend a relaxing day by the pool. Sunshades and sunbeds are available free of charge around the pool area.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
A team of experienced entertainers will look after your little ones during the high season in the mini or baby club and ensure unforgettable holiday moments. There is also a playground and a games room in the resort, both of which invite you to let off steam and are the ideal place to make new friends. The children's pool provides a refreshing dip after a long and eventful day in the playground. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a baby cot on site.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday will certainly not miss out at this resort and are spoilt for choice. Guests have access to an Olympic-size swimming pool, which also offers aqua aerobics. Whether it's a game on the tennis court, football pitch or beach volleyball court - we're sure you'll enjoy some nerve-wracking duels with your family and friends at the Poiano residence. If you like, you can also hire a bike on site and discover the beautiful hilly landscape around the residence on your own. Still not enough? There is also a fitness studio and archery on site! You also have the opportunity to play a game of table tennis or table football.
SHOPPING
The resort has a small mini-market where you can stock up on groceries and everyday items. There is also a souvenir shop. The old town centre of Garda also invites you to stroll around and offers numerous shopping opportunities.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a typical Italian espresso pot, a microwave, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. If you prefer to be cooked for on holiday, you can visit one of the restaurants in the complex and indulge in delicious culinary dishes.

LOCATION
The complex is located amidst the green hills of Lake Garda and enchants not only with its peaceful and idyllic location but also with its unique panoramic view over the lake. Stroll along the lakeside promenade of Garda and enjoy a relaxing walk.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Garda is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The small town invites you to take wonderful walks along the extensive lakeside promenade. There is also a small harbour in Garda, where you can watch the hustle and bustle of the fishermen or take a boat trip to discover the area. The buildings and architecture in Garda are characterised by the former great power of Venice, let yourself be inspired by the elegant and boldly decorated buildings. Great souvenirs, but also delicious fresh fish and meat, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought cheaply at the weekly market. Every Friday is market day in Garda. Next to Garda is the town of Peschiera del Garda. With its old town centre surrounded by canals and the mighty and beautifully overgrown fortress, it is well worth a visit. In just over half an hour, you can be in Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Garda. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from white water rides to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
