Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the comfortable Residence Olivo, built in 2020. The holiday residence is located in Garda, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Lake Garda. Garda offers supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. The residence also has an attractive outdoor pool with sun loungers, parasols and an integrated whirlpool for adults. There is also a children's pool for younger guests to splash around in. It has a great panoramic terrace where there is also a communal barbecue. The residence has communal washing machines and a communal tumble dryer (for a fee). It also has 2 charging stations for electric cars. There is also a lift in the residence.
The elegant and bright 3-room flat Trilo Top is located on the ground floor or on the first or second floor (allocation by landlord), has a great view of the pool and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. (On request it is possible to add a baby in a travel cot). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has both air conditioning and a TV. There is also another bedroom with two single beds and its own air conditioning. If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two more sleeping options. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, cutlery, crockery and pots, an Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also air conditioning and another TV in the living area. The pretty bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. Depending on the allocation, the accommodation has a furnished terrace or balcony. Both invite you to relax and linger together, while the children can let off steam by the pool and make new friends. Both have satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, heating and the initial supply of bed linen, towels and pool towels, as well as a covered car park are included. A baby cot and high chair can also be borrowed free of charge on request (reserve when booking). Travelling time from Ital. Border approx. 2h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same flat type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 17.05.-01.06.2024 and from 28.06.-07.09.2024 the minimum length of stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
Just a short distance from the resort, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the free beaches while your children let off steam and make new friends.
POOL
In the outdoor area of the residence you will find a spacious pool area with an integrated whirlpool and a small children's pool, which provide the necessary refreshment on warm summer days and great swimming fun for the whole family. Children can splash around in the children's pool and really let off steam. A whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge around the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the long pebble beaches on Lake Garda or swimming fun for young and old in the residence's outdoor pool. A baby cot and high chair can be borrowed free of charge on request (reservation required when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
The residence has its own fitness room and a great pool for swimming. It is also possible to barbecue a tasty meal on the communal barbecue area. The Lake Garda region also offers a wide range of sporting activities outside the residence. You can practise water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and motor boating. The inland area is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. Nature lovers will get their money's worth on long hikes or trekking tours.
SHOPPING
The holiday residence is not far from the old town of Garda. There you will find supermarkets, small greengrocers, fishmongers, wonderfully fragrant bakeries and wine shops, as well as colourful weekly markets.
CATERING
The accommodation has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, Italian espresso pot, dishwasher, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. All shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer to eat in a restaurant or pizzeria, there are many good options in Garda. The delicacies on the menus offer something for every taste.

LOCATION
This comfortable and family-friendly holiday residence is located in the hills of Garda, just 1 km from the historic centre of Garda. Not only are the beaches around the beautiful Lake Garda just a few minutes' walk away, we also recommend a trip to the winding alleyways of Garda's old town centre. Here you can go for a stroll and many restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours invite you to take a break.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Garda is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The small town invites you to take wonderful walks along the extensive lakeside promenade. There is also a small harbour in Garda, where you can watch the hustle and bustle of the fishermen or take a boat trip to discover the area. The buildings and architecture in Garda are characterised by the former great power of Venice. Be inspired by the elegant and ornate buildings. Great souvenirs, but also delicious fresh fish and meat, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought cheaply at the weekly market. There is a market day in Garda once a week. Next to Garda is the town of Peschiera del Garda. It attracts visitors with its old town surrounded by canals and the mighty and beautifully overgrown fortress. In just over half an hour, you can be in Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Garda. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from white water rides to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
