Centrally located, near the center of Garda and the beach, this beautiful apartment ( it is suitable FOR TWO ADULTS AND UP TWO CHILDREN) lies on the ground floor and consisting of a living room with kitchen area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, patio in front and behind the balcony of the apartment. In the basement there is a garage. The apartment is located in a small complex with a nice swimming pool, opened from 15 Mai to 30 September. Nearly there is a fitness trail, tennis courts and a newly Acqua Center, with indoor and outdoor pool and a fantastic spa with all the trimmings.
In Garda you can rent mountain bikes, quad, pedal boats and motorboats and it is possible to make amazing long hikes. Gardaland and Caneva World are about 10 Km.

The holiday flat is only rented out by the week.
Arrival and departure is always on Saturdays.
The prices include the costs for electricity and water.
You can bring your own towels, bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linen and pillowcases (there are 4 duvets cm150x200 in the flat).
- in the parents' room there is a double bed with a mattress of cm. 190x160
- in the children's room there are two single beds cm. 190x80
OR you can rent them from us:
10 Euro per person for: Towels (1 large bath towel +1 hand towel), bed linen set and kitchen towels.
Bed linen and bath towels can be changed once a week on request.

Super holiday flat
The flat is in a quiet but central location, you can quickly get to the town itself and to the other towns. The flat has everything you need to relax. There are two nice sitting areas in front of and behind the flat and the highlight is the swimming pool and the garden. Mrs. Ragnolini is always available with help and advice if you need anything.

Vacation after Corona?
We had a very nice vacation in this lovely holiday apartment, which is suitable for 2 to 4 people with two beautiful bedrooms. The seating area in front of the apartment is very nice, and the pool behind the house is beautifully designed and a good size. It is a good starting point for a walk or drive to Garda and the other nearby villages. The situation in supermarkets, towns, and restaurants is comparable to Germany. We felt safe and comfortable.

Beautiful holiday apartment
The apartment is clean and very well furnished with an oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, and coffee machine. We were warmly welcomed by the landlady. Handover and return were uncomplicated.
In the complex, there is a nice pool with sun loungers reserved for this apartment and an underground parking space for the car. It took about 15 minutes to reach the lake or Garda. A small supermarket for getting bread in the morning was also within walking distance.
We felt very comfortable.

Super nice and peaceful vacation
nice quiet location, underground parking, beautiful pool, very good facilities (espresso machine, oven, air conditioning, 2 terraces), distance to the lake max. 15 minutes, it's vacation after all. Would like to come back in 2017!
