Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Brijuni holiday complex, directly opposite the Brijuni Islands of the same name. The holiday resort borders directly on the sea and has its own pebble beach, making it ideal for families who want to spend a carefree beach holiday with their loved ones. In addition to a great entertainment team, the Brioni holiday complex also offers a fantastic playground where your little ones can let off steam and make new friends with children from all over the world. Guests also have access to an entertainment programme for adults, a wide range of sports, restaurants, a coffee and snack bar and a well-equipped beach. Enjoy an unforgettable view of the Brijuni Islands and the crystal clear, deep blue sea while you soak up the sun on the beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. WIFI is available in the holiday complex.
The Happy Easy mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including one child up to max. 12 years/60kg). The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed across the top. There is another bed in the living area. All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The well-equipped kitchenette is located in the living area and has a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a typical Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two sun loungers or deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground and make new friends with children from all over the world. Air conditioning and a car park are included in the rental price. If required, bed linen can also be booked (please reserve when booking). Families with a small child also have the option of renting a high chair or baby cot on site (please also reserve when booking). An electric barbecue or an electric griddle are available. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-6.09.24 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the period from 18.05-28.06.24 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The pebble/rocky beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has a large stretch of free beach. The gently sloping beach is particularly suitable for families with children. Guests can enjoy various water sports such as water games in the sea, hire pedal boats or take a diving course. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or taking part in one of the sports activities. A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshing and delicious menu. Lifeguards ensure the safety of guests throughout the day.
POOL
Although the resort doesn't have its own pool, it does have its own beach access, so a refreshing dip is guaranteed!
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water sports games and basketball tournaments are organised on a daily basis. There is a varied entertainment programme for children in high season. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. If you want to do some sport, there is plenty of choice: A multi-purpose court (basketball and football), table tennis and a volleyball court are available here.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice here: table tennis courts, football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball court and basketball court. The entertainment team also puts together a varied fitness programme for every day. On the beach you can hire pedalos or book a diving course.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. It has a beach and toy shop as well as a stall selling fruit and vegetables. The holiday complex also has its own bakery, so you can buy fresh bread every day.
CATERING
The mobile home has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a typical Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The holiday village has its own à la carte restaurant, a pizzeria and a buffet restaurant, where you can indulge in culinary delights every day.
PETS
Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking. Only one pet is allowed and it must not weigh more than 35kg. The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog. If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.
SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. Bed linen, hand towels, high chairs and travel cots can be ordered at the time of booking if required (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be ordered at least 1 month before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday complex borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with children. At the Brioni holiday complex, you can enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate, crystal-clear sea and the unique view of the Brijuni islands. The nearby old town of Pula also invites you to stroll around and is definitely worth a visit with the family.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Fazana - a small fishing village that is becoming increasingly popular. Numerous tourists now visit the town in the summer months and benefit from the beautiful beach promenade. Another reason is certainly the famous Veli Brijun islands. These can be visited freely, while the other islands are partly in state and private ownership and are guarded. In the exotic animal park of the national park, in the north of the island of Veli Brijun, you can see Nile antelopes, llamas, zebras, elephants and many other animal species. In Fazana itself you will find numerous culinary delights in the various restaurants. The many colourful houses and the hospitality of the locals invite you to visit and explore Fazana and its pretty streets. If you are interested in antiques, you should definitely visit the Church of Our Lady of Carmel or the parish church of St Kosma. In short, there is something for everyone in Fazana. One of the main attractions and landmarks of the city of Pula is the amphitheatre, which was built under Emperor Augustus and extended under Emperor Vespasian. It could seat around 23,000 people, making it one of the largest amphitheatres built by the Romans. Between the two harbour towns of Umag and Pula there are several towns that are well worth a visit. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec or even Pula and Umag themselves offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities and historical buildings that are certainly worth a visit. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors or the Glavani climbing park offer great opportunities to have fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you can find all kinds of fish, which is prepared in many different ways. You will also find good wine in Croatia. So if you want to indulge yourself, this is the place to be. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love parties, music and socialising, whether in a discotheque, on the beach promenade or in a small alley. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycle paths and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Porec, Rovinj and Pula.
