Description
This family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful Bi Village holiday complex in Fazana (Istria). The holiday village borders directly on the sea and is therefore ideal for families. In addition to a great, large children's pool and a spray park, the holiday complex also has swimming pools for swimmers. A mini club/entertainment for children and an entertainment programme for adults, as well as a great playground, a wide range of sports, restaurants, a supermarket, newspaper stand and bazaar ensure an unforgettable holiday. The well-equipped beach invites you to relax. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holidaymakers. You can easily reach the centre of Fazana on foot via the footpath along the sea. Pula, with its landmark and main attraction, the amphitheatre, is just a few minutes' drive from the holiday complex.
The Happy Easy accommodation offers space for 6 people (including one child up to max. 12 years/60kg) and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed. There is another bed in the living room. There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers/deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning (free of charge), travel cot and high chair (for a fee) are also available (book at least one week before arrival). An electric barbecue is available. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. A car park is included. Note If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-6.09.24 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the period from 18.05-28.06.24 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The pebble beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has both a private beach with sun loungers and parasols and a large open beach. The gently sloping beach is particularly suitable for families with small children. There are many water sports available to guests, such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and the diving school. There is also a "playground on the water" for children. The ideal place to relax while sunbathing or enjoy one of the many sports activities. A delicious meal can be enjoyed in the shade of the Pineta Mare restaurant, which offers a wide range of dishes.
POOL
There are several pools spread around the resort for holidaymakers to enjoy. Each pool for swimmers is connected to a children's paddling pool. There are water slides and fun water games for children. A spray park provides fun and games for the little ones. Large sunbathing areas with loungers are available for relaxation.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Sports tournaments and competitions are organised every day, such as football, volleyball, tennis, boccia and many others. The entertainment team also organises light gymnastics, Pilates, aqua-gym, aerobics and stretching. For children from 3-6 there is the Flinky Club, for the older ones the Teen Club (7-10) and for the teenagers from 11-15 years the Junior Club. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. Every evening you will be offered fantastic entertainment by the entertainers in the theatre. If you would like to do some sport, there is plenty of choice. Football, volleyball, tennis, archery, boccia and table tennis are just some of the possibilities.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice. Football, boccia, table tennis, archery, billiards and volleyball are available. You also have the option of playing tennis (for a fee). In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for each day with light gymnastics, Pilates, aqua-gym, aerobics and stretching. On the beach you can windsurf, dive, sail or hire canoes. If you want to go horse riding, you can do so just a few minutes from the holiday village. Bicycle hire is also available.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has several shops where you can shop to your heart's content. Whether it's fresh food, everyday items, newspapers, souvenirs, beach items or a wine shop, you'll find everything. If you fancy a new hairstyle, there is also a hairdresser available.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you would like to indulge in culinary delights, you can do so in one of the restaurants. Enjoy the typical specialities of excellent fish and meat, as well as the Mediterranean cuisine. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary).
PETS
One pet of max. 35 kg is welcome upon notification at the time of booking. The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog. If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.
SPECIALS
The holiday village has its own doctor. The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available. The accommodation is inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. Travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking if required (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday complex is just a few metres from the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. You can easily reach the centre of Fazana on foot via the footpath along the sea.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Fazana - a small fishing village that is becoming more and more popular. In the summer months, numerous tourists visit the village and benefit from the beautiful beach promenade. Another reason is certainly the famous Veli Brijun islands. These can be visited freely, while the other islands are partly in state and private ownership and are guarded. In the exotic animal park of the national park, in the north of the island of Veli Brijun, you can see Nile antelopes, llamas, zebras, elephants and many other animal species. In Fazana itself you will find numerous culinary delights in the various restaurants. The many colourful houses and the hospitality of the locals invite you to visit and explore Fazana and its pretty streets. If you are interested in antiques, you should definitely visit the Church of Our Lady of Carmel or the parish church of St Kosma. In short, there is something for everyone in Fazana. One of the main attractions and landmarks of the city of Pula is the amphitheatre, which was built under Emperor Augustus and extended under Emperor Vespasian. It could seat around 23,000 people, making it one of the largest amphitheatres built by the Romans. Between the two harbour towns of Umag and Pula there are several towns that are well worth a visit. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec or even Pula and Umag themselves offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities and historical buildings that are certainly worth a visit. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors or the Glavani climbing park offer great opportunities to have fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you can find all kinds of fish, which is prepared in many different ways. You will also find good wine in Croatia. So if you want to indulge yourself, this is the place to be. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love parties, music and socialising, whether in a discotheque, on the beach promenade or in a small alleyway. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycle paths and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Porec, Rovinj and Pula.
