Savour the North Sea air in absolute proximity to the beach. Enjoy the peace and quiet at breakfast or the evening sun on the balcony in your own beach chair after a lovely day on the beach. Watch the ducks and cormorants on the watercourse right next to the flat.
We are happy to welcome you, your children and your dog to our flat. A dog beach is in the immediate vicinity.
In bad weather you can relax in our own sauna with wellness shower and relaxing bathtub. The flat has its own car parking space.
This cosy 80 square metre flat offers space for up to 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The spacious living area with open-plan kitchen welcomes you and invites you to feel at home.
Furnished with a sofa, coffee table and two armchairs, the living area impresses with its integrated kitchenette and spacious dining table with four chairs.
You can enjoy a direct view of the Graft from almost every seat.
In a timelessly beautiful design, the high-quality fitted kitchen offers you everything you need.
Crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans are provided. There is also a Nesspresso capsule coffee machine at your disposal.
A TV with satellite reception and a DVD / BlueRay player is part of the living area, and both bedrooms are also equipped with a Smart TV.
Each bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The furnishings are modern and of high quality.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom becomes a wellness temple.
A sauna, a walk-in shower and a bathtub provide the necessary comfort for relaxation.
A dog is welcome, if it is a small dog (max. 40 cm), two dogs are allowed to holiday here at the same time.
If required, you can also book a travel cot with mattress and/or a high chair for small children.
Shared washing machines and tumble dryers as well as an ironing board and iron are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor next to the flat.
So that you can travel light, you can book bed linen and towels from us.
A free car park is available for the duration of your stay.
No stag/hen parties or similar celebrations/parties/events are permitted in this accommodation.

In diesem Fall wird der Vermittler eine korrespondierende Rechnung übermitteln.
