Description
The holiday flat has 80 square metres of living space at ground level and is divided into a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a hallway and entrance area and a large bathroom. Adjacent to the living room is a large balcony with a view of the beautiful North Sea beach and its salt marshes. A large table with four chairs, a beach chair and a parasol are available for the balcony. The living room is generously and attractively divided into a living, dining and kitchen area. The living area consists of a three-seater blue sofa with coffee table and matching armchairs. From here you can enjoy the North Sea from the window - even indoors. The large TV is easy to see and operate in the sofa area. The L-shaped kitchen is conveniently equipped with a hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Right next to it is the modern dining table with 4 chairs. There is a small safe in the living room for your valuables. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and a wardrobe each. The double beds have bedside cabinets with reading lamps for cosy reading hours in bed. There is also a second television with DVD player in one bedroom. One bedroom has a window facing the sea and the other bedroom has a view of the sea and the village of Schillig. All windows can be darkened with thick blue curtains. The spacious bathroom with window has a corner bath, a washbasin with vanity unit, a toilet, a walk-in shower and access to the family sauna. The size of the bathroom is ideal for older people with rollators or walking difficulties. The flat can be reached both via a staircase and by lift. It is possible to end or load the car directly in front of the house. A free car park is available in the immediate vicinity.

Location and surroundings of object
Schillig is located next to Horumersiel directly on a kilometre-long sandy beach. From here you can either go on extensive mudflat walks or enjoy the peace and beauty of the Frisian countryside in the sand dunes in front of the beach. It is only about 2 kilometres to the spa town, which can be easily reached on foot or by bike along the beach in just a few minutes. Here you will also find the popular indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a beautiful sauna and wellness area. In the evening, the various restaurants in the town centre offer culinary delights for everyone. Of course, the small shopping street in Schillig also offers various attractions. The Schillig campsite is open from March to October. In addition to a trampoline, minigolf, kite and surf station, beach volleyball court and several playgrounds, events such as kite flying, eating plaice on the beach and much more take place at the weekend. The cocktail bar at the "8 Grad Ost" restaurant right on the beach is always a great attraction for all age groups. Bicycles, scooters, Segways etc. can be hired directly in Schillig. Just one kilometre further inland, you can book horse-drawn carriage rides or riding lessons.

TRAUMWOHNUNG
Wir waren total begeistert! Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist wunderschön, vor allem morgens wenn die Sonne aufgeht und mal im Strandkorb sitzt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet mit Sauna, Badewanne, etc. Außerdem sieht man, dass bei der Einrichtung sehr auf Details geachtet wurde. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super! Man braucht zu Fuß nur ca. 5min zum Strand! Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbares Wochenende zur Viert!
Wir haben die Wohnung an einem verlängertem März Wochenende gebucht und sie übertraf jegliche Erwartungen.
Die einfache Anreise, die einwandfreie Lage des Appartement und die absolut super organisierte Übergabe der Wohnung sorgte bei uns für sofortiges Wohlbefinden. Dieses Wohlbefinden wurde durch die Wohnung nur um so mehr bestätigt. Sowohl der überwältigende Ausblick als auch die einwandfreie Qualität des Appartements inklusive Sauna verwöhnte uns sehr. Ein Ort um sich einfach durch und durch wohlzufühlen.
Diese Ferienwohnung ist meiner Meinung nach jederzeit zu einen Aufenthalt wert.

Super!
Wirklich eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns durch die geschmackvolle und helle Einrichtung sehr wohl gefühlt und auch mit 4 Erwachsenen gab es noch reichlich Platz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die zentrale Lage und natürlich - als unser persönliches Highlight - der grandiose Ausblick sind uns wirklich in jedem Bereich die 5 Sterne wert!

Wohnung in Schillig
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie liegt in der 5.Etage (mit Aufzug), ist sehr groß und sehr hell und bietet vom Balkon und den Zimmern aus einen wunderbaren Rundumblick auf Deich, Strand und Meer. Das Haus ist neu gebaut, die Wohnung geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. es fehlt an nichts. Aufgrund der zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer war es uns auch möglich uns dort mit 4 Erwachsenen aufzuhalten.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft!!
Wunderschöne, ruhige Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist toll und sehr umfangreich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfhelenswert für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern.

Traumhafte Wohnung
Wir waren 6 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Kaum zur Tür reingekommen, fühlte man sich direkt wohl. Der Rundumblick auf die Nordsee ist atemberaubend.
Wir waren als Familie mit Baby dort. Ein neues Reisebett und ein Hochstuhl standen schon in der Wohnung bereit.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top. Es wurde an wirklich alles gedacht. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung toppt dies noch.
Die Baustelle ringsum ist zwar da, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört.
Alles in allem eine stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum zufrieden
Die Lage und Ausstattung in der 5. Etage nimmt einen sofort mit,
angekommen zu sein zur Erholung.
Mit dem Eintritt in eine helle freundliche Einrichtung, verbunden mit einem 180 Grad Meeresausblick, geht der Urlaub sofort positiv los.
Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gezeiten hat man auch direkt im Blickfeld zur Planung der Strand-Wattaufenthalte.
Kurzum, hier zu wohnen bedeutet nicht viel falsch machen zu können.

Absolut Top, Grosses Lob an die Besitzer.Sehr ruhig zum erhohlen.Strand und Einkauf direkt in der Nähe.Sehr saubere und neue Wohnungseinrichtung.DieBaustelle in der Nähe haben fast nicht gemerkt und nicht gehört.Werden auf alle Fälle wieder Buchen. P.S. Sauna war Spitze.

Grandioser Ausblick auf die Nordsee
Eine top moderne Wohnung, sehr schön eingerichtet.
Wir haben hier wundervolle und erholsame Tage verlebt. Insbesondere der Balkon mit Ausblick auf Natur und Meer hat uns begeistert.

Die ersten Urlaubsgäste
Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Auszeit in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung, in der an alles gedacht wurde. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon ist traumhaft.
Da wir auch noch Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir eine Fahrradtour machen und lange Spaziergänge durchs Watt. Da der Fahrradverleih fußläufig erreichbar ist, konnte unser Auto mal Pause machen.
Vielen Dank auch für die prima Tipps für 8 Grad Ost und Hannys Radcafe - beides haben wir sehr genossen!

We are Ralf and Petra Viehweger. We have owned our flat "WattnMeer" with sea view in Schillig since 2019. I have known Schillig since I was 8 years old. My parents always travelled to the North Sea and the campsite in Schillig to promote our health. The salty sea air is very good for skin and respiratory diseases. I learnt to love the place and the surroundings and was able to pass on my enthusiasm to my husband and our three girls. It's great to see how Schillig is developing more and more. With this WattnMeer holiday flat, we have now moved a little closer to the North Sea and enjoy the breathtaking view from morning to night. Be our guest and enjoy the luxury of looking out to sea in the evening after a sauna session.
