Description
All villas provide a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. The villa has a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area, and a flat–screen TV. A perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game, or simply watch a movie. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with a built-in extractor fan, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The villa has 3 bedrooms:
bedroom 1: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV and ample storage space
bedroom 2: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV and ample storage space
bedroom 3: An outbuilding accessible from outside, including bathroom with toilet and bunk bed
The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The villa has a separate toilet. The living room provides access to the spacious yard. Our villas are non–smoking and equipped with WiFi. You can park one car at the villa without any problems. The beds will have been made when you arrive.

We have had a wonderful stay at Marina Villa the apartment is clean well equipped and the view is beautiful on the canal which passes by. Customer service were excellent very helpful and friendly.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit der ganzen Familie und wurden herzlich empfangen bei unserer Ankunft mit Glühwein und traditionellen holländischen Gebäck. Sehr gefallen hat uns die gepflegte Anlage und die Ruhe. Man hat nachts nicht viele Geräusche gehört. Sie sind sehr tierlieb, für Hundebesitzer perfekt. Da Feuerwerke verboten sind, ist es auch ideal mit Hund an Silvester. Leider haben sich unsere Nachbarn zwar a das Verbot nicht gehalten, aber da kann ja MarinaPark nichts dafür. Besonders schön ist es morgens einem Café mit Blick auf den Kanal zu genießen und im Wohnzimmer zusammenzusitzen. Es war generell sehr gemütlich und die Heizungen sind schnell sehr warm geworden, was super ist für die kalten Tage. Generell war der Service perfekt, sehr freundlich, schnell uns hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein paar minimale Probleme, und es wurde sofort reagiert, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Die Küche war für uns sehr gut ausgestattet und hat für 6 Leute gereicht. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und idyllisch und eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge. Wir freuen uns schon im Sommer wiederzukommen und den einzigartigen Flair im Sommer zu genießen.

The location of the chalet is very good. Our boat could be docked right next to the chalet. Also, the passage to the Loosdrechtse Plassen is very easy for a day of sailing. Furthermore, it's very modern and everything is new. In short, a pleasant and recommended stay!

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly beforehand (the information beforehand was not entirely clear to me) and during our stay. The surroundings are beautiful and varied. The cottages are spacious, and it's nice that each room has its own bathroom.

What a wonderful stay at MarinaPark! The house is absolutely stunning. Very functional, modern and design house with everything we need to spend good times in it! We were truly impressed with the accommodation. The peace and quiet we felt there are rarely found elsewhere. The house we stayed in had everything you need for a longer stay. Quiet surroundings. Lots of water......... We're not used to that in the Achterhoek :) Close to Amsterdam. You can get there quickly by train from Hilversum. Beautiful cycling area there.

The accommodation is very nice, modern, and stylish. It was very clean, bed linen and towels were provided. The area was very quiet and beautiful. The highlight of the accommodation, however, is the view. It is beautiful, especially in the evening. There is a nice fireplace outside, which makes the atmosphere particularly cozy and beautiful. Coffee and tea were also kindly provided. In the evening, we had a question and the lobby staff member immediately came and helped us. The lobby staff member was really very friendly and competent, a big thank you to him!
