Description
The Scandinavian bungalow is a holiday home with its own character, made according to a Scandinavian timber construction system. The bungalow is tastefully and fully furnished and equipped with, among other things, TV, terrace chairs and storage space for bicycles.
The 4-person bungalow has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, shower/toilet room and storage room. The Scandinavian bungalow is equipped with a central heating system. All Scandinavian bungalows have sliding doors on the terrace side, so you can also enjoy the outdoors from your living room.
The bungalows are all ground-level and detached. The greenery around the bungalows ensures privacy and lots of birds and squirrels. At dusk, badgers and foxes sometimes pay a visit and roe deer can be spotted in the adjacent meadow.

Our small-scale bungalow park is located in the Utrecht-Amersfoort-Hilversum triangle, 300 metres from picturesque Lage Vuursche. A very special environment, rich in nature and culture.
Surroundings
Lage Vuursche is situated in the middle of 1170 hectares of uninterrupted forest. From the park, you can walk straight into the forest for beautiful walks. But you can also enjoy nature by bike: within reach are the Loosdrecht lakes, the Vecht area, the Hilversumse Heide, the Soester drifting dunes and the polder area between Eemnes and Spakenburg.
For cultural trips, you can go to the towns of Utrecht, Amersfoort and Hilversum. But smaller towns like Laren, Naarden and Spakenburg are also worth a visit. The area has many castles, fortresses and country estates that are open to the public. Looking for a sporting activity? In the woods there is a MTB track (with rental), a climbing forest, forest swimming pool De Vuursche, you can go supping in the Utrecht canals or rent a (sailing) boat on the Loosdrecht lakes. To inform you about these things, each bungalow has a folder with lots of information about the area. There are possibilities for young and old and for very different interests!
Lage Vuursche itself has five streets, three forest shops, the beautiful Midgetgolftuinen (not to be missed), a church and Drakensteyn castle. A number of old buildings on the Dorpsstraat house several pancake houses and restaurants with cosy terraces. You can go here within walking distance for a cup of coffee, an ice cream, lunch or a full dinner.

In these beautiful surroundings, you can rent a cosy 4 or 6-person Scandinavian bungalow from April to the end of October.

Our park is small and friendly. We are the 3rd De Kruyf generation to take care of this and have been doing so with great pleasure since 2000. Our guests appreciate our personal approach: we welcome you ourselves and there is always time for a chat. We enjoy talking about having a bungalow park, our experiences in nature and the possibilities in the area.

- Wanneer U een bungalow bij ons hebt gereserveerd, ontvangt u uw officiële reserveringsbevestiging per post of e-mail. Voordat u over gaat tot het overmaken van de aanbetaling willen wij de regels omtrent de reservering onder uw aandacht brengen, U vindt deze op onze website onder Voorwaarden op uw reservering. Wij vragen u deze eerst goed door te lezen. Wanneer u na het lezen besluit toch af te zien van uw reservering, dan vragen wij dit aan ons door te geven. Het liefst per e-mail (), als het niet anders kan mag het ook telefonisch (035-6668223). Uw reservering komt dan kosteloos te vervallen. U bent dan natuurlijk vrij op een later moment, een reservering te doen. HallO! I'm Marije de Kruyf and together with my husband Jeroen de Kruyf I run a small park in Lage Vuursche. We are the 3rd generation De Kruyf to take care of this and have been doing so with great pleasure since 2000. Our guests appreciate our personal approach: we welcome you ourselves and there is always time for a chat. We like to talk about having a bungalow park, our experiences in nature and the possibilities in the area. Our bungalows are fully equipped, but if you do come up short we will be happy to hear from you. There are often opportunities to meet your demand. We have no staff, do all the work ourselves. This is super nice varied work: reception/office work, cleaning, maintenance, garden work, inside, outside, what a nice job. Sometimes the work is a bit too much and our school-age children help out. That's how we really have a family business!
