Experience an unforgettable vacation in our holiday apartment Apart Smitten in Fürth / Zell am See-Kaprun. With 65 square meters of living space, the apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. It features three bedrooms and one bathroom and is equipped with a modern kitchenette and a four-burner induction stove. Refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and an egg cooker. Dishes are also available. Comfortable beds with high-quality bed linen ensure a restful sleep. In the living room, a cozy sofa invites you to relax, and a TV and a HiFi system provide entertainment.
For our little guests, we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair. The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer. you can use these for 5.00 per wash. Free WiFi is of course provided.

Jorik built his apartment himself. He is a carpenter in the summer and specializes in traditional construction. He made all the traditional elements himself. In the apartment, the cabinets, window frames, and wooden walls. All of this gives the apartment a cozy, modern Alpine atmosphere.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and is equipped with underfloor heating.
You can conveniently park your vehicle in the apartment's own parking space. A charging station for electric cars is available.

Enjoy the view from the terrace and use the BBQ grill for cozy barbecue evenings. In front of the terrace, there is a small garden, and a nearby playground ensures fun for the little ones.

Apart Smitten is located in the small village of Fürth, centrally situated between Zell am See and Kaprun.
Facing the sun with a view of the mountains. Ski bus stop at 70m.
Ski slope 5 minutes by ski bus.
SKIING SNOWBOARDING on 408 km of slopes. Zell am See is connected with Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang and Fieberbrunn. Ski season from mid-October at the Kitzsteinhorn until June. CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING 58 km of trails with fantastic views, connected to the 200 km of cross-country trails of Pinzgauer Land. The 3 km long Glacier Track is spectacular. Sledding and tubing nearby.

In summer, hiking and cycling start right from the apartment. With the Funcard, swimming is free at Hinkelsteinbad and discounts on many attractions nearby. Endless fun for children in adventure parks, swimming pools, playgrounds, and of course in the mountains.
2x 18-hole golf course, 5 minutes away. Tauern Spa also 5 minutes away. Zell am See and Kaprun are lively, cozy villages with many restaurants, shops, and terraces.
