Experience an unforgettable holiday in our Apart Smitten holiday flat in Fürth / Zell am See-Kaprun. With 60 square metres of living space, the flat offers room for up to 6 guests. It has three bedrooms and a bathroom and is equipped with a modern kitchenette and a four-plate induction hob.
Further equipment includes a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and an egg cooker. Crockery is also provided. Comfortable beds with high-quality bed linen ensure a good night's sleep. In the living room, a cosy sofa invites you to relax and a TV and hi-fi system provide entertainment.
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for our younger guests. The flat has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Free WLAN is a matter of course.
The flat is non-smoking and has underfloor heating. You can conveniently park your car in the car park belonging to the flat. A wallbox is available for charging electric cars.
Enjoy the view from the terrace and use the BBQ grill for cosy barbecue evenings. The flat is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden and a nearby playground ensures fun for the little ones.
The Apart Smitten holiday flat is the perfect starting point for winter activities such as skiing and tobogganing. The surrounding countryside invites you to go on long hikes and cycle tours.

In winter SKIING SNOWBOARDING on 408 km of pistes. Zell am See is connected to Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang and Fieberbrunn. Ski season from half October on the Kitzsteinhorn until June. CROSS-CYCLE SKIING 58 km of cross-country trails with marvellous views, connected to the 200 km of cross-country trails in Pinzgauerland. The 3 km long Glacier Track is spectacular. Sledging and tubing nearby. SKIBUS 70 m away and take you to the ski lift in 5 to 7 minutes.
in summer hiking biking right from the flat. With Funcard free swimming in Hinkelsteinbad and many discounts on attractions nearby. Free public transport. For children endless fun in adventure parks, swimming pools, playgrounds and of course in the mountains.
2x 18 hole golf course, 5 minutes away. Tauern Spa also 5 minutes away.
Zell am See and Kaprun are lively, cosy villages with many restaurants, shops and terraces.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant is entitled to cancel a booking free of charge in writing in the following cases: - Within seven working days after the booking, unless the stay at the chalet begins within one month of the booking. A cancellation made on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in the Netherlands is considered to have occurred on the next business day in the Netherlands; - For cancellation up to 6 months before the start of the stay, the deposit is due. - For cancellations between 6 months and 4 months before the start of the stay, an amount equal to 50% of the rental price is due. - For cancellations between 4 months and 8 weeks before the start of the stay, an amount of 80% of the rental price is due. - For cancellations 8 weeks or less before the start of the stay, the full rental amount is due. In the event of early termination of the stay, the full rental amount remains due. You must take out travel cancellation insurance with your own insurer.
