Welcome to Villa Letizia, your holiday home located in beautiful San Teodoro, Sardinia.
The property is a detached head house, free on 3 sides, with a panoramic sea view, entirely finished in stone on the outside and furnished with mainly natural materials. It has a private garden of about 300 sqm on the front and side of the house.
The house of about 50 sqm is on one floor and consists of a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room, which overlooks a lively covered patio, has a large window with a sea view, is furnished with a sofa, a sideboard, two armchairs, and, if you prefer not to dine on the patio, can accommodate a table for 4 people. There is a smart TV and Wi-Fi connection.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge with freezer, electric hotplates, dishwasher, and microwave oven, as well as all the usual utensils and crockery.
In order to make the arrival as pleasant as possible, guests will find a small supply of basic Italian foodstuffs (water, coffee, biscuits, sugar, pasta, tomato sauce, wine, oil, salt).
The first bedroom has a double bed, a two-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and offers a beautiful sea view from the window overlooking the garden. The second bedroom, also with the same sea view, comfortably accommodates two people, being equipped with two single beds and a two-door wardrobe.
The bathroom, whose window faces the back of the house, although small in size, offers a washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower. The washing machine is located in the kitchen area. A hairdryer and a courtesy set (toilet paper, soap, shampoo) are at guests' disposal.
In addition, bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and towels (guest, face, shower towel) are available on request and for a fee.
The windows of the rooms and the bathroom are fitted with mosquito nets.
The house also has a small patio accessible directly from the kitchen area, which offers the availability of a utility sink and an outdoor shower.
The house can accommodate 4 persons, smoking is not allowed and animals are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available, but two fans are provided.
Electricity and water consumption are included in the rental cost.

The property is located in the Costa Caddu village, in the Padula Sicca locality, municipality of San Teodoro, 900 metres from the Li Marini beach and 1.4 km from the equipped Isuledda beach.
The centre of San Teodoro is 5 km away, while Olbia airport and port are 32 km away.
It is highly recommended to have a car in order to be able to reach nearby destinations, which you can park in the reserved parking space.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 90 days before the day of arrival.
- A deposit of 30% of the price of the entire stay is required at the time of booking. If the cancellation is made before 90 days of the arrival date, the entire advance payment made at the time of booking is returned (30%) If the cancellation is made between 89 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, the entire amount of the advance paid is retained (30%) If cancellation is made less than 29 days prior to arrival, the entire amount paid is retained (30% deposit and balance 70%)
