Description
On a hill overlooking the bay of Porto Ottiolu there is a house where, for many years, my family has spent their summer holidays and short winter breaks.
A few years ago the owners refurbished part of the house with the purpose of creating two small apartments attached to the main house to host friends and acquaintances.
They are designed for people who are looking for a destination to enjoy a peaceful and quiet moment, while more lively moments are possible close by.
This is what the house offers and this what people who come and visit us are looking for.
In detail:
- both apartments form part of a bigger house, surrounded by fenced 3000 sqm grounds, that are looked after by the owner and his family mainly during the summer season;
- the house stands on a smooth hill overlooking the bay of Porto Ottiolu, benefiting from a stunning view over the bay and the coast southwards, including the beach, the small island across from the beach and the little tourist marina;
- the house is slightly apart from the marina and the little village around the marina, that is why it is peaceful and quiet, even during peak season;
The apartment TheRock spans 50 square meters of beautifully designed living space, featuring two cozy bedrooms and one well-appointed bathroom. The tastefully decorated interiors showcase a harmonious blend of comfort and style, ensuring a memorable stay for all guests.
Outside there is a lush garden, where you can unwind amidst nature's beauty or enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace. The outdoor area also boasts a wonderful lawn, inviting you to take a lay under the warm sun. For added convenience, a private parking space is available on the property.
Inside, the holiday home is equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen features a kettle and coffee machine (the Italian typical "moka" coffee machine), perfect for starting your day with a hot beverage. Bedding, a TV, and WiFi are also provided for your entertainment and relaxation needs.
Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of a crib and baby's high chair. Additional amenities include an iron and hairdryer, ensuring you look your best during your stay. Long-term rental is also possible, making TheRock an ideal choice for extended vacations or temporary relocations.

| RENTAL PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE, namely it covers: - the use of the apartment; - the use of the patio and the garden; - all utilities (water, energy, gas); - the use of the wi-fi; - the use of the washing machine and the external shower shared with the other apartment (of course the apartment has its own shower in the apartment); - the use of a parking space in the private area pertaining to the house (closed to externals by a gate); - initial cleaning; - linen and towels (one set for each person for the whole stay). RENTAL PRICE IS PAID AS FOLLOWS: - 30% by way of wire transfer at the time of booking as advance payment; - 70% at the time of arrival. DEPOSIT of euro 100 in cash is asked on arrival, which is given back at the departure, as a guarantee for possible damages to the flat and, mainly, for compliance with the recycling policy applicable in the region. |
