On the ground floor of the house there is a cosy living room with a fireplace and access to the large, wrap-around balcony. To the side of the house it forms a sun terrace with a dining table and some beautiful plants, to the front it is a sunny balcony with a wonderful panoramic view over Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The furnishings have been individually selected and great importance has been attached to beautiful materials and cosiness. The kitchen matches the style of the house and is well equipped. The attractive bathroom with window is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both airy and very cosy thanks to the open wooden beamed ceiling. The house comes with a reserved, covered parking space directly on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
Casa Miralago is located in Musso, in a slightly elevated, sunny panoramic position. This is why you have this wonderful view from the house. There are other private houses in the neighbourhood, some of which are also used as holiday homes. The location is quiet but not remote. The village and the beach are just 5 minutes away. Musso has a small beach and a jetty. Ferries cross the entire lake from there.
The area is popular with water sports enthusiasts and mountain bikers. Musso is a good starting point for hikes and excursions around Lake Como. The village has a small beach, the neighbouring villages of Dongo or Pianello del Lario are not far away and have larger beach areas. Shops, bus stop, jetty, restaurant etc. are within easy reach.

Erfolgt die Stornierung zwischen 60 und 31 Tage vor Reiseantritt, beträgt die Stornogebühr 50% des Mietpreises. Bei einer späteren Stornierung beträgt die Stornogebühr 90% des Mietpreises. Im Falle von Kulanz-Regelungen (z.B. bei kurzfristigen Umbuchungen, Gutschein-Umwandlung, etc) gelten andere Stornosätze. Bei Nichtantritt der Reise wird der gesamte Mietpreis berechnet abzüglich nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen, sofern diese lt. Preisliste nicht pauschaliert im Tages- bzw. Wochenpreis enthalten sind. Es steht dem Gast stets frei – auch bei Berechnung der pauschalierten Stornoentschädigung – nachzuweisen, dass ein Schaden nicht oder nicht in der berechneten Höhe entstanden ist.
