Location and surroundings of object
The Cartolina apartment is located in the village of Taiana, just above Gravedona. The position is quiet, spoiled by the sun and it is not far to the lake shore. In a few minutes by car or via a footpath you can reach the village of Gravedona. You can drive close to the house for loading and unloading. Parking is available nearby and you can reach the house via a footpath with some steps. In Taiana there is a typical village shop. Other shops, restaurants, beach etc. are then in Gravedona.

Erfolgt die Stornierung zwischen 60 und 31 Tage vor Reiseantritt, beträgt die Stornogebühr 50% des Mietpreises. Bei einer späteren Stornierung beträgt die Stornogebühr 90% des Mietpreises. Im Falle von Kulanz-Regelungen (z.B. bei kurzfristigen Umbuchungen, Gutschein-Umwandlung, etc) gelten andere Stornosätze. Bei Nichtantritt der Reise wird der gesamte Mietpreis berechnet abzüglich nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen, sofern diese lt. Preisliste nicht pauschaliert im Tages- bzw. Wochenpreis enthalten sind. Es steht dem Gast stets frei – auch bei Berechnung der pauschalierten Stornoentschädigung – nachzuweisen, dass ein Schaden nicht oder nicht in der berechneten Höhe entstanden ist.
