The house is located on the same plot as Villa Rustica, a larger rustico, has a separate entrance, its own terrace and is ideal for 2 people looking for a romantic house for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor is the living room with adjoining kitchenette and the chic bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the sleeping gallery with a double bed. Above the bathroom, there is a quiet island with a day bed, where you can retreat and read or dream in peace. The furnishings and fittings have been lovingly selected and everything fits beautifully with the original character of the house.

Bei Nichtantritt der Reise wird der gesamte Mietpreis berechnet abzüglich nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen , sofern diese lt. Preisliste nicht pauschaliert im Tages- bzw. Wochenpreis enthalten sind.
