Apartment Caroline is located on the second floor of the former silk mill in Cremia. The elaborately restored building now houses some beautiful vacation apartments, privately owned and offering an atmospheric setting for beautiful feiren on Lake Como. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one with lake view, a living room with access to the balcony, a very well equipped kitchen area and a bright bathroom. Equipment, furniture and deco are modern, new and very appealing. Especially nice is the balcony with impressive views of Lake Como. Here you can have a nice breakfast, read comfortably in the sun or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The central heating is especially appreciated in spring and autumn. A reserved garage space is included.

- Der Gast kann jederzeit vor Belegungsbeginn vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Bei einem Rücktritt bis 61 Tage vor Reiseantritt wird eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 20% des Mietpreises fällig. Erfolgt die Stornierung zwischen 60 und 31 Tage vor Reiseantritt, beträgt die Stornogebühr 50% des Mietpreises. Bei einer späteren Stornierung beträgt die Stornogebühr 90% des Mietpreises. Im Falle von Kulanz-Regelungen (z.B. bei kurzfristigen Umbuchungen, Gutschein-Umwandlung, etc) gelten andere Stornosätze. Bei Nichtantritt der Reise wird der gesamte Mietpreis berechnet abzüglich nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen, sofern diese lt. Preisliste nicht pauschaliert im Tages- bzw. Wochenpreis enthalten sind. Es steht dem Gast stets frei – auch bei Berechnung der pauschalierten Stornoentschädigung – nachzuweisen, dass ein Schaden nicht oder nicht in der berechneten Höhe entstanden ist.
