Welcome to our Villa Beata, located in the peaceful village of Jursici (away from the tourist crowds) and 20 kilometres from Pula. It is a bungalow with 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, TV, air conditioning and access to the outside area where you can jump straight into the pool every morning, + 2 more beds, making it perfect for 8 people.
The stylish interior of this air-conditioned bungalow is split over one floor. On the spacious floor (living area 220sqm) you will find the fully equipped kitchen. It is located in the large open-plan area together with the dining and living room as well as a playroom with darts, table football and Playstation, all of which offer a beautiful view of the terrace and the pool. After the playroom through the corridor are the 3 bedrooms.
The incredibly inviting outdoor area has a refreshing pool (in a very private atmosphere as there are no attached houses), surrounded by cosy sun loungers, covered garden furniture and a perfectly equipped outdoor kitchen, which has a gas barbecue, charcoal grill and a covered dining terrace. The property is completely fenced and has 2 private parking spaces.
