Villa Raul is a traditional Istrian house that was completely renovated in 2006. It is located in a small Istrian village called Režanci, not far from Svetvincenat and only 12 km from the coast of western Istria. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wooden and stone elements dominate the beautifully furnished interior. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen with dining room and a living room with additional sleeping possibility on the couch. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. The outdoor area is dominated by a private pool with sun loungers and the partially covered terrace with barbecue invites you to relax on hot summer evenings. Nettes kleines Ferienhaus auf dem Land
Kleines, einfaches aber schönes Ferienhaus in der Mitte Istriens. Ländlich und abgeschieden neben einem Bauernhof. Alles sauber und die Menschen dort sind sehr gastfreundlich, gerne wieder!

Relaxation, recovery
The beautiful, classical natural stone house is located outside the tourist centers, idyllically situated on a farm. The neighbors and residents are nice and helpful. Communication is mostly in English. Very nice landlord, who could make the planning easier with a few tips. We were also happy about the bicycles he provided us. The accommodation, as well as the pool, is great for 2 people.

good atmosphere
A nice house with a good atmosphere, but rather unsuitable for taller people, as the bathrooms in particular are somewhat small. It is a short drive to larger supermarkets and everything you need. However, a little warning: you can find small scorpions here, also in the living room and bedroom. These are easy to dispose of and not dangerous, but should still be mentioned.

Quietly situated
Quietly situated holiday home for 2 people. With more people or children it would be cramped. 2-plate cooker, no oven. Fridge relatively small. Nice beaches at the sea, reachable by car in about 20 min. In the village there is only one mini-market with friendly service, but quite limited offer. The neighbourhood is very friendly. Bicycle tours in the surrounding area are very good. Signposting could be improved in places.

Restful seclusion
The lovingly furnished and designed stone house is ideal for a holiday for two. We enjoyed the ten days there very much with swimming in the refreshing pool or trips to the sea. We did most of our shopping in Svetvincenat, about 5 kilometres away. The owner and the neighbours are very nice and helpful. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

We liked it very much. The neighbours are also very nice and open-minded. The landlord even provided us with free bicycles. His many tips were also worth their weight in gold ( especially the bathing spots)! The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Only the pool with approx. 18 degrees was too cold for me personally. We will definitely be back!
