In a very quiet and private location is our highly comfortable Villa Artsi. The outdoor area stretches over 866 sqm. and offers a large (50 sqm) private pool which can be heated on request, sun loungers, garden furniture and a covered terrace with dining area and barbecue.
There is a children's playground, table football, table tennis and a trampoline for the entertainment of you and our younger guests.
From the terrace you enter the interior of the villa where you will find an open plan exquisite living area with dining table and a very high quality and fully equipped kitchen as well as a 1 bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and a separate wc. On the first floor, which is connected by an internal staircase, there are 4 further comfortable double bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the balcony.
The fully air-conditioned holiday home with a total of 9 air-conditioning units offers a spacious interior area of 270 sqm. Space for up to 10 people.
