The apartment is very spacious. It has a large hall with patio doors to the living room with kitchen. A lot of sunlight enters on all sides through the large windows. The kitchen has a large dining table for 8 people and is fully equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and combi oven.
Next is the stylish sitting area with corner sofa, armchairs and of course a flat screen television.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with two box-spring beds. One room also has its own shower, sink and toilet.
The balcony room is located at the back of the apartment. Here is a sofa, flat screen television and patio doors to the balcony. The couch is also a sofa bed (140x180) making this room suitable as an extra 4th bedroom for the 7th/8th person.
The general bathroom has a shower, stylish double sinks and a spacious bath.
Through the balcony room you enter the balcony with a 6-person dining table.
In the vestibule of the apartments on this first floor is a small room with a washing machine and dryer that you can use.
There is room for one car per apartment next to the building. There is also a public parking lot near the church.
