Within walking distance of the largest ski area north of the Alps, the Winterberg ski lift carousel, as well as the bobsleigh run and the Kappe adventure mountain with the bike park, the summer toboggan run and the panoramic bridge, is the quietly located, high-quality and modernly furnished Winterberg flat 21127.
This flat has a generous total living space of approx. 60 m², which is divided into a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a shower room and a covered balcony. As an alternative to the bunk bed, the 3rd and 4th person can also sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
The living room is equipped with a smart TV, which can also be used to watch Netflix.
Skis can be stored in the ski storage room in front of the stairwell. There is a separate area for bicycles in the underground car park.
This first class flat has its own parking space in the underground car park.
Countless hiking possibilities start directly in front of the house, a ski hire shop is located approx. 200 metres away directly at the Kappe ski area. The centre of Winterberg can be reached on foot in a good 15 minutes.
