Casa San Jaime is located in Valle del Portet 4 km from Moraira and 8 km from Javea in a small urbanisation with 21 villas and with private pool.
The layout of the house is very practical and ideal for families with children. Through the private parking, you enter from the spacious hall with guest toilet into the open living room with large kitchen. The views are phenomenal through the large sliding doors that give access to the naya with 6-seater dining table.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with large bathroom en-suite with bath, shower and bidet. A large terrace overlooking the sea and the Pignon Idfach of Calpe.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. A separate bathroom, a utility room with washing machine and access to the large pool deck.
The pool has sea views, a covered naya with comfortable seating and lounging areas, a sliding shade deck, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a BBQ.

Prices are per week and excluding final cleaning of € 125,-
Check-in and check-out times are flexible.
The deposit is euro 750 and will be refunded within 5 days of departure.
