For rent directly from the owner beautiful and completely renovated flat 600 metres from Levanto beach in Benidorm. For 3 people. With beautiful sea views all the way to Alicante and with lots of greenery from the Siera Helada hills running to Albir.
The 7th-floor flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size double bed and 1 with a sofa bed for 2 people. Both with ventilator and dimmable light and adjustable in 6 positions.
Open new kitchen with great views, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and nespresso coffee machine. The utility room houses the washing machine.

The open living room has air conditioning, comfotable sofa and smart TV with reception of all channels you have at home via Ziggo Go (also with TV missed). Fibre optic wifi is available throughout the flat.
The complex has 2 large and beautiful swimming pools (1 for the little ones) with sun beds, tennis court, sports field and a children's playground. Two entrances with 6 lifts in total. In the garage there is a permanent car parking space.
In 10 minutes' walk you are in the always vibrant and very affordable nightlife of Benidorm, with many (tapas) bars, clubs with live music and casinos. For euro 5 you're back at the complex by taxi. A supermarket is 400 metres away.

july and August: euro 950
september: euro 850
october - December: euro 750
january - March: euro 650
april - June: euro 750
Prices are per week and do not include a cleaning fee of euro 85.
Prices include internet and water and exclude electricity which is deducted from the deposit on meter reading.
Check-in and check-out times preferably on Saturdays.
The deposit is euro 500 and will be refunded within 5 days after departure.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
