It lies at the end of a cul-de-sac, faces southwest and borders on a nature reserve

Here you will find a plant oasis with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and flowers that you can explore around the house

The villa has 2 fully equipped apartments each with approx. 75 m² living space
The apartments are not interconnected in the house and have separate entrances.
So you can enjoy your holiday with family or friends and yet everyone has their own area

Dreamlike rock bay (pebble beach): 2 minutes by car, ideal for diving, snorkeling, swimming. Nudism possible. Neighbouring towns: Moraira and Javea, each with extensive, shallow sandy beaches.
You can relax completely in your house KALI and still be in a few minutes by car in one of the surrounding places that offer everything: Restaurants, shopping tours, sporting activities. All known destinations of the Costa Blanca are within reach, Altea and Calpe in the south, Denia in the north. The proximity to the mountains, which can be reached within 30 minutes by car, means that you can also experience fantastic hikes

Right from the start you have a contact person who speaks German, English and Spanish. On arrival you will be picked up at a meeting point at Cumbre del Sol and driven directly to the house. You will receive a house briefing so that you can find your way around the house and garden easily. And should you need anything during your stay, someone will be there very quickly.
