Description

The holiday flat:
The 154m² feel-good holiday flat, which is located on one level on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and is furnished in a modern country house style. A very large, bright living room with sofa corners and wood-burning stove, three bedrooms with two beds each, one bedroom with three beds, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two bathrooms, one with bathtub, one with shower, provide living space for 1 to 9 people with plenty of room and ambience. There is satellite TV and wifi internet. A private terrace with a marvellous view of the countryside is accessible from the living room and the kitchen. It is equipped with garden furniture, parasol, garden loungers and barbecue. There is an area for storing bicycles or sports equipment, for example.

The location:
Hof Rodenkrog is situated in a scenic, secluded location in Holstein Switzerland, 10 minutes by car from the sea. Only a country lane leads to the 5-hectare estate. The farm is slightly elevated in the Schleswig-Holstein hill country, which was created by the terminal moraines of the Ice Age glaciers.

The farm:
The main house is an angular farmhouse with an annex. The outbuildings consist of a barn, a stable, garages and a summer house. The farmstead was built in 1905 and extensively remodelled over the course of the century.

The farmland:
The entire property is an area in itself, which was designed by us from a single source. The views in all directions are unspoilt - simply countryside without noise or artificial light. The property is divided into a small and a large meadow, a stream surrounded by trees, two courtyard areas, a perennial garden, a vegetable garden, a house garden and an orchard. The property is fenced in towards the path and bordered by a stream and bends towards the countryside. Various parking spaces are available in the courtyard area.

Special features
The special thing about Hof Rodenkrog is its seclusion and the 50,000m² of farmland. In addition to the terrace belonging to the holiday flat, guests can find a nice spot with their garden furniture. Children have wonderful opportunities to let off steam.

final payment: 8 weeks before arrival

additional information about rental price:

Bed linen is included from 7 nights, otherwise €8 per set.
Towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €2 each.
The final cleaning is reduced to 70€ for a smaller number of people.
Depending on the occupancy, bedroom and bathroom are opened.

Cancellation terms:

  • Bei Nichtinanspruchnahme des Ferienquartiers gilt die folgende Regelung: Bis zum in der Buchung vereinbarten Mietbeginn kann der Kunde durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vermieter von der Buchung zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt des Zugangs der Rücktrittserklärung. Es gelten die folgenden pauschalen Stornierungskosten: 25% des Mietpreises bei Rücktritt bis zum 42. Tag vor Mietbeginn 60% des Mietpreises bei Rücktritt ab dem 41. und bis zum 28. Tag vor Mietbeginn 90% des Mietpreises bei Rücktritt ab dem 27. Tag vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nichterscheinen.
