This rather quiet place is also a popular destination for tourists who want to enjoy the landscape and nature of the island of Rügen.
A famous sight in Trent is St Catherine's Church, which was built in the 14th century and is still in regular use today. The church is built in the Romanesque style and has interesting and attractive furniture from the 17th century, some of which has been lovingly restored.
Overall, Vaschvitz is a quiet place, particularly popular with nature lovers and a good starting point for a trip to the island of Rügen.
