This is a quiet 3-room duplex flat, which covers 82m², has been lovingly furnished and is located in the centre of Kühlungsborn. Surrounded by numerous shopping facilities and local amenities. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to the beach, which is only 50 metres from the house. This flat offers enough space for 4 people - plus a small child up to 3 years.
On the lower floor (top floor) you will find the entrance area with hall cloakroom, the spacious living area with a cosy dining area, the south-facing balcony, a separate kitchen with window and a guest WC.
On the upper floor (top floor) there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
The living area is furnished with 3 genuine leather two-seaters, an illuminated wall unit, flat-screen TV, DVD player with numerous films for young and old, a high-quality Dolby surround system and a dining area with 5 chairs. If required, you will also find a high chair for children in the flat. The sunny south-facing balcony is accessible from the living room and is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.
The separate kitchen with window really does contain everything you need for everyday life. Ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, blender, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as sufficient crockery, pots, pans and glasses.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and high-quality mattresses, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 reading lamps and a large built-in wardrobe with sufficient storage space and hangers.
The children's room has two separate beds (90x200), a bedside table with reading lamp, a clothes rack, a linen cupboard and a cot with changing mat (only for children up to 3 years), as well as a sideboard with music system with lots of lovely fairy tale cassettes for the evening.
Also on the upper floor, the bath with window.
A rented underground car park in the building (max. height 195cm) and a bicycle shed (for your own bikes) in the inner courtyard of the apartment complex are also available free of charge for the duration of your booking.
A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement of this building.

Haus Ostseeblick Kühlungsborn is a holiday complex located ONLY 50m from the beach and sea, directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea promenade, surrounded by numerous shops, bakeries, supermarkets and local amenities.
Kühlungsborn has over 100 different local facilities to offer, so there should be something for everyone.
The tram stop is almost on the doorstep, so you can easily get to the pier or the marina.
Kühlungsborn, with its typical 19th century spa architecture, has a six kilometre long sandy beach with the longest promenade on the Baltic Sea coast. The seaside resort and its immediate surroundings offer those seeking relaxation many leisure activities, such as swimming in the sea, walks in the town forest, cycling tours, fishing, sailing, golfing, excursions to Heiligenkamm, Basdorf, Stralsund or Warnemünde.
The first lodging house invited strangers to this area as early as 1857.

Cancellation terms:
Here is your translation to English: Each booking will be canceled again by the landlord after a single reminder, provided that the agreed contractual conditions have not been confirmed in writing by the guest. A cancellation must always be made in writing and confirmed by the landlord! The listed cancellation fees refer only to the pure accommodation costs; any additional costs (cleaning, laundry, tourist tax) are not taken into account here, as these only become due on the day of arrival. The following COST SHARES will be incurred in the event of a cancellation and must be reimbursed to the landlord: FROM reservation / booking confirmation = generally 20% of the accommodation costs; From 42 days before arrival = 100% of the agreed accommodation costs. Our aim is to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible by furnishing our holiday flats neatly and completely, but also comfortably. Families with children are always welcome. Baby cot, changing mat, high chair, WLAN car parking space and bicycle shed are provided free of charge, which sets us apart from other landlords. Should you accidentally break something, which can always happen, we would be very grateful if you could let us know immediately by e-mail/SMS! This is the only way to get a replacement quickly, because the next guests will also want to take over a complete flat on arrival. We look forward to welcoming you soon! We speak German.
