On the 1st floor: (Bedroom with bathroom(double bed or 2 single beds, shower, washbasin, toilet, air conditioning), balcony or terrace)

BBQ, swimming pool(private, 8 x 4 m.)

Great 2 level Villa located in the Vale da Santa Maria area and only a few minutes away from Albufeira old town (2,5km).  
On the ground floor you will find a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace and separate dining room. Furthermore 1 large double bedroom and a guest bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and several balconies or terraces. The villa is equipped with a Coffeemaker, Kettle, Oven, Hob, Toaster, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Microwave.

Outside of the house there is a swimming pool, a surrounding terrace, garden and BBQ.
The property has AC units, Satellite TV connection and ample off-street parking.
The house is close to several local restaurants and to many shopping facilities (1,8km) but down-town Albufeira is only 2.5km away thus plenty of opportunity to visit the Old Town or the Strip with all the bars and restaurants.
A car would be essential.
