Pleasant and large house with a nice swimming pool. Not only the accommodations with the views there are top, but there are also many amenities within walking distance, such as 2 supermarkets at 200m and several cozy restaurants. The coast is also reasonably close at 2 km, with a number of beautiful bays.
The villa is located on a fairly busy road (N526), although you will not be bothered by it inside and in the backyard. The advantage of this road is that you are quickly on your way for an outing elsewhere.
If you like sparrows, then you're in the right place too.

The first impression when you drive through the gate is fantastic! This is confirmed once again after entering the house, especially with the beautiful swimming pool in the backyard. Plenty of space in both the house and around it for 6 adults. The interior of the house is quite "businesslike" in terms of decoration, but almost everything you need is there. All in all, a great house to spend your holiday in the Algarve.
Tips: Add air conditioning to the offer, a Nespresso machine is not an unnecessary luxury, provide a vacuum cleaner in the house for guests. The service of the local representation left much to be desired. We did experience a lot of nuisance during our stay from many ants in the kitchen and 1 bedroom. A "plan of action in case of nuisance" would be welcome. All in all, highly recommended.

The arrival time had changed due to COVID-19. Instead of 1 p.m. we could only enter the accommodation at 4 p.m. It was said that this had to do with a more extensive cleaning. However, we found the house not at all clean on a number of points. The flat screen appeared to be cleaned with a cloth previously used for the floor and one of the sliding doors was covered with greasy handprints. The later arrival time was communicated with us neatly and on time by the local contact person. Key handover, also in connection with COVID-19, took place without personal contact, by means of a key safe. This went fine. Minus was the fact that there was only 1 set of keys available for opening the gate and the house. We were 5 adults and as a result had the choice to all leave at the same time or be locked up on the property as a straggler.The accommodation itself fully lived up to expectations except for a few minor points. The outdoor furniture was downright bad, sagging plastic chairs and shaky plastic tables. The pool was fine and was cleaned 3 times during our 14-day stay. Very nice that a Spar is located within walking distance of the house.

The house was very disappointing. It is a nice big house with its own swimming pool, which is of course very nice. But the interior totally not comfortable. Outside there are plastic chairs and a table, which bends when you sit on it. The sun beds by the pool are plastic with dirty mats on them. The house is sparsely furnished, it sounds incredibly hollow. Beds are very hard and there are only doubters. Very friendly cleaners, only they came in unannounced with their own key just like the man for the pool. For the price the house stands for, you expect a bit more luxury.

A lovely big house with beautiful pool. Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. Shop so close so perfect s "to get fresh bread in the morning. Various restaurants in the neighborhood. The house is several times a week cleaned properly.

Beautiful spacious, clean and modern villa and quite large clean pool. Mini-markets in the area and next to the villa is a top restaurant. Beach within walking distance. To further explore the area you do need a car.
