New villa Seve II located near the center of the main town of Istria, Pula. The villa is located in the village Seve. The holiday home is in a beautiful, quiet location allowing for complete peace. Outdoor you will find a sunny terrace with pool and a carcoal barbecue.On the groundfloor ia a spacious open space living room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms are with access to the terrace. Around the swimming pool with sun loungers and garden furniture you can relax or prepare a good dinner or lunch for you and your family or friends.* For electric cars charging costs 20€ per day.
