The house offers two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom on 60 m², so you can spend relaxing days with family or friends. In the lovingly landscaped garden you can enjoy a Mediterranean atmosphere, while children play on the well-kept lawn. The spacious terrace with high-quality garden furniture invites you to linger – here you can end the day wonderfully with a BBQ at the grill. A private parking space is available for your vehicles.

The fully equipped kitchen features a practical kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine – ideal for cooking evenings together. Bed linen is of course provided. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot days. A television provides entertainment, while a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer make the stay especially comfortable. The house is suitable for non-smokers only.
