We stayed at Nij Leons during our family weekend. What a lovely place! The houses are beautiful, equipped with all conveniences, and incredibly neat and clean. The location is beautiful, in the middle of nature, and the view is also great! We can imagine that it is even more beautiful in the summer and that you can enjoy being outside/fishing there.

The house was spacious enough for our group of 20, and the en suite bathrooms made it super convenient, The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook meals together, We enjoyed relaxing in the garden and loved being so close to nature, The nearby De Alde Feanen National Park offered stunning views and great hiking trails, Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting!

We had a great time at Leons! The house was super spacious for our group of 20, and everything felt fresh because it was newly built. The kitchen was well-equipped, we prepared a few nice meals together. The location is perfect for exploring Friesland, especially if you love nature like we do. We even rented bikes to see Leeuwarden, which was just a short ride away. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi was sometimes a bit slow, but we weren't there to be glued to our screens. In summary, I would definitely recommend it.

We appreciated the option to rent electric bikes and explore the area. Although there wasn't much nightlife nearby, the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat. We were with the family between 4 and 90 years old in their accommodation and felt very comfortable. The furnishings of the houses are modern and practical. Cleanliness is good. The location is quiet with a view of a flock of sheep and only short distances to the towns. We would book the houses again.
