This is a nice manor house in the town of Garriguella of 350 m2 with a garden and private pool. Spread over 2 floors, the entire ground floor is dedicated to the spacious living room with access to the garden and pool, to the modern and fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster etc.). The centre of Garriguella is just 100 m away from the Manor house. You will find many sea beaches near the property, the closest one is the Llança Beach, 10 km away where you can relax and bask under the sun.
