Casa Panoramica is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the sought-after residential area of Palau-Saverdera, in the "Bellavista" district. The entire ground floor of the villa is available for holiday rentals. During your stay, the main house on the upper floor will be unoccupied.

There are two options for using the holiday apartment, as the connecting door can be opened depending on the number of guests (see "special features").

Rental agreements for the same period with different clients are not accepted. You will always have the property to your exclusive use during your stay.

Complete amenities and modern technology ensure a stress-free vacation in a Mediterranean setting, making your holiday an unforgettable experience.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, absolute privacy, and a unique, unobstructed view of the olive groves and the Mediterranean Sea. The large covered pool terrace with an outdoor shower and the 10m x 5m saltwater pool are particularly noteworthy. A car can be parked conveniently and securely on the fully fenced property with an electric gate. •For cancellations on the first day of stay or later: 100% of the rent.
