The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Zadar - Kruševo Karin, district Zadar, Karin. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Shops 100 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 300 m. Doctor, pharmacy each 2 km in Karin. Bank in Zadar 30 km. Airport in Zemunik (ZD) 15 km. ~ The apartment is surrounded by Croatia’s most beautiful national parks and, with a travel time of a maximum of 37 to 60 minutes, they are the perfect choice for excursions: Paklenica National Park 37 minutes (39 km), Plitvice Lakes 1 hour (100 km), Krka National Park 51 minutes (63 km), Kornati National Park (set sail from Zadar harbour). Rafting can be arranged on the River Zrmanja, 10 km away, while the historic city of Zadar, with numerous sights, is 40 km away. In summer: Adriatic Sea 100 m in Vruljica (beach with stones, rocks and bathing plateaus). Fishing, diving, water sports facilities, boat hire, boat mooring each 150 m in Vruljica. ~ The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the famous Pizzicato pizzeria and the lively Gornji Karin beach, with a wide range of water activities for individuals and families. ~ Donji Karin beach is 1.3 km from the apartment, while Kornati Marina is 37 km from the property. The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 15 km from Isabella Apartments.

The hosts were super friendly. The beach location was also great, right by the sea, 5 minutes walk.
