Modern 90 sqm apartment - without stairs - large garden, 3 bedrooms
The prices are valid for 2 adults and up to 3 children under 18 years, max. 5 persons.

Our modernly furnished, renovated, stair-free ground floor holiday flat "Neßmersieler Kraihen Nüst" is located in a detached 2-family house. The upper flat is comparatively rarely used.
The approx. 700sqm plot is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the holiday settlement of Neßmersiel with driveway and own parking space in front of the garage.
The garage can be used as a storage room. (e.g. for bicycles brought along or borrowed)
In the garage are (use: please carefully and at your own risk):
Sunbeds, parasol, garden furniture if necessary, a handcart with beach toys, Bobby-Car, 2 running bikes, 2 ramps.
The 90 m² holiday flat with 3 bedrooms offers plenty of space for up to 5 people
Living/dining room with 2/2-seater couch corner + stool and dining area with table, corner bench and 3 chairs;
Kitchen room with fully equipped fitted kitchen (oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) ;
Bedroom (double bed with single mattresses),
Children's room (2 single beds) plus 1 baby cot, changing mat, desk and office chair, play table, high chair,
(partly stored in the garage)
Guest room / 2nd children's room with single bed
All bedrooms with wardrobes and blackout curtains.
Mattresses are checked regularly and replaced with new ones if necessary.
Bathroom with shower (shallow entry), WC, bidet, mirror with emergency light, washing machine;
The new thermal windows are equipped with fly screens.
Our guests have exclusive use of the garden with covered, wind-protected terrace, equipped with upscale patio furniture.
Allergy friendly - therefore, out of consideration for other guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed with us.
Non-smoking house - please smoke only on the terrace or in the outdoor area.
Wi-Fi is available in the house free of charge.
The apartment has a small photovoltaic system (balcony power station) to reduce energy costs
Bicycle batteries may only be charged individually and one after the other outside the house - in the garage - due to increased fire risk.
E-cars may under no circumstances be charged using a socket in the holiday flat or garage - please only use the charging stations in the village or surrounding area for this purpose.
Playgrounds: One of three children's playgrounds is located in the centre of the village / near the grocery store (approx. 300m), one on the dyke with a football field, one on the beach (an adventure playground which is now getting a water playground) and there is a great indoor playground / the "Sturmfrei" - all for free use thanks to the spa card.

Location and surroundings of object
Neßmersiel is the only larger Siel North Sea seaside resort without a campsite - so it's not so crowded.
Our house is in a quiet location in the North Sea resort of Neßmersiel - only a few minutes' walk from the sea/beach (approx. 2 km). Restaurants, shopping, upscale gastronomy, wellness, the indoor play paradise "Sturmfrei" - all within walking distance.
Walks, bicycle tours (rental bikes available in town), mudflat hikes, paddle tours, golf in Lütetsburg, excursions to the East Frisian islands (e.g. Baltrum, Norderney, etc.) and to the other seaside resorts (Greetsiel, Bensersiel, etc.).
Characterised by dikes, fresh wind and the vastness of the unique Wadden Sea, Neßmersiel is one of the most popular holiday resorts in East Frisia.
Enjoy a "time out", relaxing hours in the sun and the healthy climate of the North Sea.
