Lots of space inside and also the garden for exclusive use. Our modern, renovated, stair-free ground floor holiday apartment "Neßmersieler Kraihen Nüst" is located in a detached two-family house. The upper apartment is comparatively rarely used.
The approx. 700 sqm property is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the holiday settlement of Neßmersiel, with access and its own parking space in front of the garage.
The garage can be used as a storage room (e.g. for brought or rented bicycles). borrowed bicycles)
In the garage there are (use: please handle with care and at your own risk):
loungers, sun umbrella, if applicable the garden furniture, a handcart with beach toys, Bobby car, 2 balance bikes, 2 ramps. On 90 m², the holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms offers plenty of space for up to 5 people
Living/dining room with 2-seater sofa corner + footstool and dining area with table, corner bench, and 3 chairs;
Kitchen room with fully equipped fitted kitchen (oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). ) ;
Bedroom (double bed with single mattresses),
Children's room (2 single beds) plus 1 baby bed, changing mat, desk and office chair, play table, high chair,
(partially stored in the garage)

All bedrooms with wardrobes and blackout curtains.
The mattresses are checked regularly and replaced with new ones if necessary. Bathroom with shower (low entry), toilet, bidet, mirror with emergency light, washing machine;
The new thermal windows are equipped with fly screens.
Our guests have exclusive use of the garden with covered, wind-protected terrace, furnished with high-quality terrace furniture.
Allergy-friendly – therefore, out of consideration for other guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Non-smoking house – smoking is only permitted on the terrace or in the outdoor area. Barbecuing is only permitted in the open garden area, taking fire hazards into account.
Wi-Fi can be used free of charge in the house.
To reduce energy costs, the holiday apartment is equipped with a small photovoltaic system (balcony power plant).
Bicycle batteries may only be charged individually and one after another outside the house – in the garage – due to increased fire hazard. E-cars must not be charged under any circumstances using a socket in the holiday apartment or garage – please use only the charging stations in the town or surrounding area for this.
Playgrounds: One of three children's playgrounds is located in the town center / near the grocery store (approx. 300m), one on the dike with a soccer field, one on the beach (an adventure playground that is now getting a water playground as well), and there is a great indoor playground / the "Sturmfrei" - all available for free use thanks to the visitor's card.

Neßmersiel is the only larger Siel North Sea seaside resort without a campsite - so it's not so crowded.
Our house is in a quiet location in the North Sea resort of Neßmersiel - only a few minutes' walk from the sea/beach (approx. 2 km). Restaurants, shopping, upscale gastronomy, wellness, the indoor play paradise "Sturmfrei" - all within walking distance.
Walks, bicycle tours (rental bikes available in town), mudflat hikes, paddle tours, golf in Lütetsburg, excursions to the East Frisian islands (e.g. Baltrum, Norderney, etc.) and to the other seaside resorts (Greetsiel, Bensersiel, etc.).
Characterised by dikes, fresh wind and the vastness of the unique Wadden Sea, Neßmersiel is one of the most popular holiday resorts in East Frisia.
Enjoy a "time out", relaxing hours in the sun and the healthy climate of the North Sea.
