Our new, lovingly furnished holiday home is idyllically located directly on the Achterwasser in Zinnowitz opposite the newly created large marina.
The holiday home offers approx. 110 m² of living space for 6 adults plus a small child for comfortable holiday enjoyment at any time of year, whether for a family or multi-generational holiday or for a romantic holiday for two, as well as for an active holiday (swimming, hiking, jogging, cycling, sailing, golf, horse riding).
3 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen with dining area, cosy living area with flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove as well as a sauna await you. Underfloor heating throughout the house guarantees warmth and a sense of well-being. The fireplace ensures cosiness in the cooler seasons. Internet, washing machine and dryer are available. The outdoor area has a beautiful terrace with table, chairs, sun lounger beach chair and electric barbecue.

Our stay in Zinnowitz at Storchenhus was excellent. Super facilities, really a very nice house. A little far from the Baltic Sea, it takes about half an hour on foot. Therefore, you are always on the road by car, or you have bicycles with you. A small downside or a small suggestion for the owner: roller blinds would have been nice and possibly dark curtains in the living room. But otherwise tip-top ?
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday with pet, beach holiday
