The 50 m² flat has a modern and maritime design. In the cosy combined living and kitchen area you will find a comfortable seating area with sofa bed (148 cm x 198 cm), where you can end the day after a refreshing walk on the beach and catch up on the news of the day on the available flat screen TV (42 inch). A DVD player and a radio/CD with USB connection provide variety.
In the adjoining kitchen with dining area you will find the kitchenette with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, espresso pot, kettle, knife block, baking dish, etc.
In the beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (180x200) sleeping is a pleasure. A TV set is also available here. Double pillows, a wardrobe and an alarm clock complete the room.
You can start the day cheerfully in the bathroom with a floor-deep shower. There is also a towel warmer, a vanity unit, a height-adjustable sanitary shower stool and a hairdryer.
For the little guest travelling with you, there is a cot with a thick mattress, high chair, children's tableware, stool and, of course, plug socket protectors on site.
Your dog will not miss out either, as the dog beach is within easy reach at a distance of 300 m.
If the laundry gets dirty during a happy walk on the dike - no problem:
Here, the available washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron will help.
The entire flat has underfloor heating and electric shutters.
Garden furniture is waiting for you on the terrace to soak up the sun. You can prepare your own barbecue outside on the electric grill.
You can store your bicycles in the storage shed. If you bring your e-bike, you can also charge it here, because a socket is installed.
Furthermore, a parking space belongs to the flat.
