Enjoy the spaciousness of a detached house just for yourself on holiday.
With its 116 m² of living space and a 450 m² garden including a south-facing terrace, our high-quality holiday home "Lieblingsplatz" in Danckwardtstraße in Bodstedt am Bodden welcomes you.
Your holiday home was completed in June 2023 and stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. Due to the ecological, energy-efficient construction method with timber frame construction, it has a particularly pleasant indoor climate.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the sun on the south-facing terrace from morning until late afternoon. Garden furniture and a gas barbecue are of course available for this purpose. On cold days, the cosy sitting area and the fireplace in the spacious living area on the ground floor will tempt you.
The open kitchen is equipped to a high standard. At the dining table, up to six large and small holidaymakers can fortify themselves after a day in nature.
Upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms for a total of five people. Two of them are each equipped with a double bed, the third, which is also suitable as a study, with a wide single bed. Of course, we can provide a baby cot free of charge on request. All windows on the upper floor have external blinds.
Why not round off your holiday with a sauna? You will find the sauna and a large rain shower in the bathroom.
There are two parking spaces directly at the house, and your bicycles are safe and dry in the garden shed. The property is fenced on three sides. On the side facing the road, we have created a planted earthen wall for your peace and quiet.

Holiday destination
The house is within walking distance of the Bodstedter Bodden (approx. 600 m). Here you will find, among other things, a beautiful beach that invites you to swim. The Bodden is shallow and can also be used safely by children to play in the water. Kayaking and canoeing are also great experiences on the Bodden.
At Bodstedt harbour, a ferry regularly departs in the season to the Darß to Prerow and Born. Bicycles can be taken on board. A beautiful, panoramic round tour of the Darß awaits you! One route takes you from the Baltic seaside resort of Prerow to the Darßer Ort lighthouse, through the national park and to the resorts of Born and Wieck am Darß, among others.
On the southern shore of the Barther Bodden and east of the river Barthe lies the beautiful town of Barth (6 km from Bodstedt). There are many shopping opportunities, various supermarkets, small individual retailers, nice cafés and restaurants that invite you to stroll around.
The region offers many possibilities for an active recreational holiday.
Among other things, water sports, hiking, cycling, horseback riding and boat tours.
In spring and autumn, tens of thousands of cranes linger on the Bodden coast, resting very close to our holiday home.
The good transport connections to the surrounding area invite you to make excursions to the Baltic Sea resorts of Zingst and Prerow, as well as to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and Rostock with its historic old town.

- 29 bis 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn –80 % des Mietpreises
- Rücktritt innerhalb von einem Tag vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nichterscheinen –100 % des Mietpreise Die Rücktrittserklärung hat in jedem Fall schriftlich gegenüber der Vermieter zu erfolgen. Unabhängig davon ist eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 25,00 € fällig. Bei späterer Anreise bzw. früherer Abreise hat der Mieter keinen Anspruch auf Erstattung von Teilen des Mietpreises.
