Description
Discover the charming holiday home Huis-Meeuw in Julianadorp aan Zee, the Netherlands. This beautiful holiday home offers 70 square metres of living space and is ideal for up to 4 guests. It has 2 cosy bedrooms, one with a box spring bed 180 cm x 200 cm and one with 2 single beds 80 cm x 200 cm (but which can easily be pushed together to form a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm) 1 modern bathroom and a separate WC.
The holiday home is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoy the fully fenced garden and prepare a delicious barbecue on the in-house grill. Park comfortably in the available parking space directly at the house and relax on the inviting terrace.
On cooler evenings, the fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and other kitchen appliances. Here you can easily prepare your meals and enjoy them together at the dining table. You will find standard spices and teas for your use in the kitchen cupboards.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation and a flat-screen TV with German channels will keep you entertained.
A washing machine, iron, small ironing board and hairdryer are also provided.
For our little guests, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair, as well as 2 fall-out guards. The existing handcart can also be used.
Long-term rentals are possible in this holiday home and it is non-smoking accommodation.
Please note that electric cars may not be charged at the house! Charging stations are available for this purpose at the entrance to the park or in front of the beach access!!!
Dogs are very welcome! We are happy to provide dog bowls and blankets to put on the sofa if your dog is a sofa snuggler! There is also an outdoor dog bed in the wooden hut.

Location and surroundings of object
Julianadorp has a beautiful sandy beach with a wide chain of dunes. The village is surrounded by colourful flower fields.
The distances to the shopping centre and town centre are about 2 km, to Den Helder 5 km (from there there is a ferry to Texel), to Alkmaar 30 km and to Amsterdam 100 km.
Our bungalow is located in the Strandslag Park and is 300 m from the sea. The park has a swimming and fishing lake, a football and playground, an animal enclosure, a café/restaurant with a terrace and mini-golf.

Der Mieter hat das Recht, einen Ersatzmieter zu finden und dem Vermieter vor dem geplanten Ankunftsdatum zu melden. Wenn ein Ersatzmieter akzeptiert wird und die Buchung erfolgreich übertragen wird, entfallen die Stornogebühren für den ursprünglichen Mieter. Abweichungen nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter ist möglich. Dem Mieter wird dringend empfohlen eine Reiserücktrittversicherung abzuschliessen um sich vor unerwarteten Kosten zu schützen.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood.
The house is lovingly furnished and really everything has been thought of. Especially nice was that you could tell that dogs are not just tolerated, but really welcome. There is a basket, blankets, and bowls, and the dogs can chill or romp in the fenced garden. We felt at home immediately and will gladly come back.

Great accommodation
Really great house with a huge garden that is completely fenced in. Very dog-friendly. We didn't miss anything and felt comfortable right after arrival. It was a great week. The contact was also very friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay again if available - Top - Top-Top
