Our family-friendly holiday flat, newly furnished in 2021, welcomes you on the first floor of our detached house in a central yet quiet location. On 85 sqm it offers enough space for up to 5 people to relax. Relax in our modern, tastefully furnished bright rooms, with coordinated furniture and accessories and enjoy the cosy atmosphere. Situated at the highest point of the lower Lower Rhine, directly at the observation tower, you have a beautiful view into the distance from the bedrooms. After an excursion, enjoy the peace and quiet on one of the terraces in our beautiful garden. In our house, hospitality, atmosphere and cordiality are written in capital letters. Our motto: Holiday flat Klever Berg, to relax, feel good and be active. Single persons pay 45 € per night. Children up to and including 3 years stay free of charge.
The city centre, Reichswald forest, nature reserve, zoo, Kleve's landmark (Schwanenburg), various vantage points, culinary offerings - everything is within walking distance (approx. 2 km). Hiking and cycling tours start directly from our apartment. In the immediate vicinity: Nijmegen, Arnhem, Burgers Zoo, the Rhine towns of Emmerich and Rees, the historic town centre of Kalkar, the Roman town of Xanten, even the Ruhr area is only 1 hour away. Kernie amusement park, Irrland Twisteden or the APX in Xanten offer an extra portion of fun for children. Cologne with the Cologne Cathedral is also an interesting destination 1.5 hours away.
Single persons pay 45 € per night! Children up to 3 years stay free of charge! Our flat is a non-smoking flat (smoking permitted in the garden and in front of the house). Pets are not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers. Parking space available, storage for bicycles in a lockable garage.
