We are a Bavarian-Tyrolean host couple and would like to offer our guests a nice place for their holidays. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We are looking forward to welcoming warm and friendly people. The cosy holiday flat in the 115 year old art nouveau house is centrally located in the heart of the foothills of the Alps. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains, lakes and sights. The fully equipped and modern kitchen with cosy seating area invite you to enjoy. The modern barrier-free shower bathroom offers enough space. Two lovingly and individually designed bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds and comfortable mattresses and enough storage space let you dream restfully. The living room is equipped with a couch, 2 armchairs, on which you can make yourself comfortable in front of a wood stove. The whole flat is equipped with underfloor heating. In the garden with a seating area only for our guests you can dream and enjoy. The flat has a free parking space.
