Casa Winkler is a newly renovated ground floor flat with modern furniture in the Costa Calma Sun complex. It has a living-dining room with adjoining new, fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower and window, and a large, private terrace with a comfortable seating area and a table with 4 chairs. Furthermore, there is a furnished terrace with a small garden area at the back. The flat has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The complex has a communal launderette with washing machine and dryer - for a fee.

The well-maintained apartment complex is located about 850 m from the long dream beaches with turquoise-blue sea. The centre of Costa Calma with its shopping facilities, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars, leisure facilities, pharmacy and doctors awaits you in the immediate vicinity (approx. 10 minutes' walk). There is also a mini-market in the immediate vicinity for all your daily needs.

Great apartment for a cozy vacation for two.
A great apartment for a successful break from everyday life.
The apartment is located in the Costa Calma Sun complex on the outskirts of the center of Costa Calma. The beach and the center of Costa Calma are quickly accessible, and everything you need can be found in the minimarkets around the corner of the complex - including fresh bread rolls for breakfast :-) It is about a 10-minute walk to the beautiful large beach. A nice large pool and sun loungers are available for communal use in the complex. Further shopping facilities, bars, and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
The apartment is very tastefully and modernly furnished, the furnishings are new. We often cooked something ourselves, which was fun with the extensive kitchen equipment. On the balcony with a great view over the surroundings of Costa Calma, you can have a cozy breakfast and end the evening. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and a large sink. In addition, the apartment has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
We really felt very comfortable here and would love to come back. The price-performance ratio is really very good.
From booking to departure, we always felt well informed by the manager and the contact during the key handover was very nice.
