Casa Sylvia is a newly renovated upper-floor apartment equipped with modern furnishings in the Costa Calma Sun complex. It features a living-dining room with an adjoining, new fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower tub and window, and a sunny balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All windows and the balcony door have insect screens. The facility has a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer - for a fee. The community pool provides a refreshing escape.

There is also a mini-market in the immediate vicinity for all your daily needs.

Great apartment for a cozy vacation for two.
A great apartment for a successful break from everyday life.
The apartment is located in the Costa Calma Sun complex on the outskirts of the center of Costa Calma. The beach and the center of Costa Calma are quickly accessible, and everything you need can be found in the minimarkets around the corner of the complex - including fresh bread rolls for breakfast :-) It is about a 10-minute walk to the beautiful large beach. A nice large pool and sun loungers are available for communal use in the complex. Further shopping facilities, bars, and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
The apartment is very tastefully and modernly furnished, the furnishings are new. We often cooked something ourselves, which was fun with the extensive kitchen equipment. On the balcony with a great view over the surroundings of Costa Calma, you can have a cozy breakfast and end the evening. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and a large sink. In addition, the apartment has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
We really felt very comfortable here and would love to come back. The price-performance ratio is really very good.
From booking to departure, we always felt well informed by the manager and the contact during the key handover was very nice.
