Description
The apartment house BERGZEIT was completed with its 4 apartments for 4 people and its 2 penthouse apartments for 2 people in the summer of 2022 and is located in the beautiful and lively community of Saalbach Hinterglemm. Directly in the village center and close to the Kohlmaisbahn it offers the perfect vacation paradise in winter and also in summer for families, couples and groups of friends. The 6 fully equipped apartments have an average living space of 60m2 each. Each of them offers an incredibly beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and inspire with their location and comfort.
Equipment
All apartments are stylishly furnished to a high standard, combine tradition with modernity and offer a thoroughly comfortable living experience. The furnishings of the apartments are absolutely identical.
The spacious living and dining area with modern kitchen offers our guests everything they could wish for. This includes, for example, a pull-out sofa, which could create space for 2 more people if desired, the wall-mounted flat TV , the fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable seating area, which offers space for a total of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances such as an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee machine.
Through the windows and the large balcony door, the living and dining area is flooded with light and brings a lot of sun into the apartment. The cozy balcony, with 2 seating areas and small side table, can be reached either through the living and dining room or through one of the bedrooms.
The 4 BERGZEIT apartments (TOP 1 to TOP 4):
These are located on the first floor and 1st floor and each apartment has 2 master bedrooms with a high-quality box-spring bed and their own flat-screen TV. They are between 55 m² and 62 m² in size. Two additional sleeping accommodations are easily possible with the help of a pull-out couch. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower, a washstand with a huge mirror and a toilet.
The 2 PENTHOUSE apartments (TOP 5 & 6):
The penthouse apartments are located on the 2nd floor and each have 1 bedroom equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. This bathroom is also equipped with a spacious rain shower, a washbasin with a huge mirror and a toilet.
In general, the apartment house is equipped with an elevator in the stairwell, its own ski and bike room, where each top has its own locker and with 6 parking spaces directly around the building. An e-charging station completes the comfort for e-car drivers.
Location
The accommodation is located in the center of Saalbach Hinterglemm and is only a few meters from the ski station "Kohlmaisbahn". The center of the village with restaurants, bars and shopping can be reached in a few minutes walk. Also the tourist office, where our guests can get any information about the region, is only a few meters away from the apartment house. Larger ski resorts can be reached in less than 10km. Other leisure activities such as hiking, cross-country skiing or mountain biking are also easily accessible within a few minutes drive. In summer from May to October, guests receive from us the exclusive tourism card of the Saalbach Hinterglemm region. The so-called "Jokercard" allows guests to use the gondolas for free. Also, with the help of this card they are entitled to other benefits.
