2. Electricity consumption is not included in the price. Electricity consumption is charged at 0.15ct. per Kwh after departure. Consumption varies depending on the time of year and the use of the pool heating and air conditioning. The average electricity cost per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the barbecue is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask that you clean the barbecue yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged an additional $50. We provide consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and rubbish bags free of charge to all guests for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
