Built in Florida style, this villa on almost 315 m2 of living space offers you the Florida charm – par excellence.
The villa is located on a very wide canal with Gulf access in the beautiful southwest of Cape Coral. The south-west location of this house guarantees you plenty of sun all day long and every evening the best sunsets in Florida with views over the mangroves.

With enough space on two floors, the house has four large bedrooms and high-quality bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped as master suites with private bathroom. The open living area offers a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. For music and film fans a very high quality sound system is installed.
The entire pool area is generously designed and laid with natural stone. Here you will find loungers to relax, as well as the BBQ Grill for real barbecue pleasure. The pool (as well as whirlpool) is heated. It is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You won’t have irritated eyes anymore.
For all of our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only allowed outside.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

We cannot say enough about this property! We started a 21 day trip spending the first 9 days at this location...all others we've stayed at before and from now on will be compared to Coral Villa. The absolutely gorgeous home is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities expected and then some. The home has truly been cared for. The large patio, lanai, pool and spa was perfect. The 2nd floor master suite and bath gave us a view we couldn't absorb enough. The other sleeping quarters gave everyone their privacy and own space to relax which was the perfect situation for our group. As we will be visiting Cape Coral in the future, we only hope this property is available when we plan our next trip.

Beautiful Home!
This house is beautiful well equipped. Although it was just my husband and I, it would be a perfect house for families or several couples because of the two master suites. CoralVilla homes are all great! We have now rented from them 5+ times.
