In one of the best villa areas of Cape Coral, you and your family can relax with friends in and around the private pool in a sunny west-facing position - with a view of the canal adjacent to the property, which leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico.
Outside the Tropical Lounge, long beaches with the finest white sand await you in Fort Myers Beach. If you want to collect shells, head a little further south to Lovers Key State Park or Sanibel Island.
Enjoy tender steaks and delicious seafood in the many original restaurants. Play golf at reasonable green fee prices on one of the many well-kept courses in the area. Shop without limits in a wide selection of factory outlet shops and classy malls.
Explore the world of seabirds, dolphins and manatees with your rental boat or join a deep-sea fishing tour.

The large pool deck invites you to sunbathe and relax on
on 8 cosy and comfortable roller loungers. At the covered generous dining table you can spend wonderful hours with family and friends and be cooled by the fan. The spacious lounge corner invites you to sociable sundowners.
The focal point of the terrace is the colourfully illuminated pool with tropical waterfall, which can be heated electrically and offers pleasant bathing temperatures even in the winter months.
There and on the large boat deck you can enjoy the sunset under the tiki hat at the bar table with typical Florida - cocktails.
Your air-conditioned holiday villa with double-height rooms in the centre of the ground floor was designed and furnished by an international designer.
The entire furnishing of the Torpical Lounge reflects a tropical-maritime holiday atmosphere. The two lounge areas of the holiday villa on two levels offer generous space for social evenings.
The Tropical Lounge offers 5 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of which have their own dressing room and large double beds, and 3 bathrooms. There is also a dining room with a large table for 10 people, 2 living rooms, and an open luxury kitchen with bar counter and dining area for 4 people.
The large pool terrace with mosquito screen offers numerous lounging and seating options, a large dining table and of course an electrically heated pool with waterfall. A child safety fence is also available and is located in the garage. It should be set up around the pool - if you are travelling with children - for their protection.
In addition, a spacious garage with automatic door opener offers enough space for a car.
Next to the house you will find a jetty with a romantic tiki hat. The property is surrounded by a subtropical garden.
for relaxing days, the holiday villa "Tropical Lounge" offers you a lot of features: air conditioning in all rooms, additional ceiling fans, 5 flat screen TV sets, WIFI, a kitchen with American refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, cooker with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stirrer, blender and very extensive small equipment such as dishes, glasses, cutlery etc., also a large gas barbecue in the outdoor area.
We provide bed linen and towels for the rooms and a baby cot and high chair for our little guests. There is also a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
